ok today, i went to toys r us, to see about getting a interview. since i put a applacation online for that job. last month . so i talked to the manger a bit. and she told me that she will call me. so 1 hour latter, that lady called. telling me that she couldnt hire me. because of that stupid test. you take after you fill out the applacation. and i thought that was just plain bullshit. and here i got good exprence at reiceveing. 7 years of it. but oh weel i just have tokeep on looking.
some of yall may know what im talking about. how some jobs give you a applacation. and then you take a test, with 20 or 35 questions. asking these stupid questions. like do you agree or do you disagree. i think those test are to judgemental. and they discreminate too. againist the people who are the true hard workers. and only accept the lazy bums. take about tottally bullshit their.
